JYC was built on real industry experience. Our founder, a former owner-operator with over 30 years in drayage, understood the daily challenges drivers and customers face and saw the opportunity to create a company focused on service, accountability, and growth.
Shortly after, his son Carlos joined the company, bringing logistics and management expertise that helped shape the company’s future.
